In 2021 – 2022, Araluen’s services returned to a more normal state after COVID-19 restrictions lifted but we still faced some lingering effects of the pandemic. Araluen made great strides towards pursuing a sustainable future so we can continue to provide effective, meaningful support for the people who depend on our services. As well as completing our services review, we have a new strategic plan that sets our priorities for the coming three years. Araluen also continued to invest in learning and development for our workforce and our Quality framework. We evaluated how we work and the resources we need to support people well as a modern and efficient organisation and introduced more of the systems and technologies that will enable us to fulfill our purpose – to imagine and achieve great lives!

The advances that Araluen made in 2021 – 2022 were possible thanks to the support we enjoy from many. The Araluen Annual Report 2022 acknowledges everyone who contributed in a wide range of different ways – we are grateful for the generosity, time and input of our community and our partners.
