Chancez Cafe

Chancez Cafe serves great coffee! Most of all, it’s offering life changing opportunities for people who want to work independently.

Participants in Chancez Cafes hospitality support gain food handling, barista and customer service skills as well as valuable hands-on experience. You can become more job ready by completing industry-recognised qualifications in the workplace.

Chancez Cafes provides life-changing opportunities for people who want to work more independently in the future. As well as operating several cafes, Chancez offers catering and baking services so participants learn a broad range of skills that the hospitality industry needs. Responsibility to create a successful business is shared between participants and support staff so when it’s time for ‘graduates’ to move on to independent employment, they can do so with greater self-confidence and belief in their abilities. Araluen Food Services Staff are always present onsite. As well as learning key skills, trainees play a big role in many aspects of running the café and decision-making.
