After a year of challenge and meaningful change, we’re excited to invite Araluen members and our broader community to an afternoon of entertainment and celebration.

This year’s new-look Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be a welcoming and inclusive event for everyone. So please join us as we reflect on the year, celebrate achievements, and look ahead together.

 

Please note: Only Araluen members are eligible to participate in voting and official AGM business. All other guests are warmly invited to enjoy the event and be part of the celebration.

NOTICE TO ARALUEN MEMBERS

We advise that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of Araluen will take place as follows:

• The AGM will be held at Araluen Rosanna, 2 – 6 Turnham Avenue, Rosanna, Victoria.

• The meeting will undertake normal AGM business including the election of Directors and receiving of key reports

• Registration for the AGM is available from 1.30pm, at which time refreshments will be served

Members will shortly receive the necessary official documents by post, including information on proxy and postal ballots for those who can not attend. Non-members are also welcome, however, are not eligible to vote.
