Chancez Cafe serves great coffee! Most of all, it’s offering life changing opportunities for people who want to work independently.
As a trainee at Chancez, you can gain valuable skills and experience whilst completing industry-recognised qualifications that can lead to a job.
Responsibility to create a successful business is shared between trainees and support staff so when it’s time for ‘graduates’ to move on to independent employment, they can do so with greater self-confidence and belief in their abilities. Araluen Food Services Staff are always present onsite. As well as learning key skills, trainees play a big role in all aspects of running the café and decision-making.
Did you know that Chancez Cafe can also supply catering and baked goods for your events or fundraising?
