We are currently seeking entry-level support workers. If you’re ready to start your first role in disability, we’d love to hear from you. No previous experience is required – we welcome applications from those new to the role.

How to join our team
You can submit your application for an advertised role or an expression of interest to become an Araluen Support Worker online via our Careers portal. Please include your resume with 2 referees and tell us a bit about yourself in a brief covering letter.

All employees, volunteers and students at Araluen must undertake a Working with Children Check, and an NDIS Support Worker Check. Support Workers must have a valid Drivers License and enter the organisation with valid First Aid certification (or be prepared to obtain it). Araluen has a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy that requires all staff to have had two initial vaccine doses and one booster.
What happens after I apply?
Araluen tries to shortlist candidates for interview within ten working days of the application deadline. If you have not heard from us within this timeframe, it is unlikely that your application will advance to interview stage. Due to the high volume of applications we generally receive, our managers are unable to give individual feedback to candidates who are not interviewed. We thank all applicants for their interest, time and effort. We encourage you to apply for future vacancies if you are not successful on first attempt.
