Since 2007, Ross Coverdale has shaped and embedded Araluen’s vision, mission, values, culture and distinct personality as Araluen’s CEO. Ross’s networking and relationship building skills, determination and imagination are a proven asset. Having led Araluen through the arduous task of NDIS implementation, Ross feels the time is right for a new challenge that will allow him to re-energise while focussing on what he excels at – driving innovation and growth and managing flourishing partnership arrangements.

Araluen is introducing changes to the top tiers of leadership that will allow us to effectively and efficiently implement our most carefully considered and ambitious Strategic Plan ever. Ross will assume the important new role of General Manager – Strategy, Growth and Innovation, whilst Tamara Cattach will act as CEO until December 2020. The Senior Leadership Team will expand from 5 to 7 people.
