Chancez Skill Development offers short-term, intense-focus learning so you can achieve your long-term goals
Not just another Life Skills program! Araluen has a new, unique way for you to work towards your big life goals – one step at a time – within a set timeframe.
With the right NDIS funding, Araluen’s Senior Practice Manager can work with you to create a Specific Skill and/or Lifestyle Plan. This can then be applied within Araluen’s support services or actioned by a range of allied health professionals by referral.
So now you can prioritise your learning needs and focus on improving a specified area of development that’s been identified as necessary for you to have a better day-to-day life or improve your social and employment prospects. Qualified staff will provide imaginative learning experiences on a one-to-one or group basis. This support will be provided for a set amount of time (as specified in your NDIS Plan). Contact us to find out more.
