Araluen Annual Report 2022 – 2023

AND WE’RE OFF –  WE’RE ONE YEAR INTO IMPLEMENTING OUR STRATEGIC VISION TO THRIVE BY 25

We present our 2022 – 2023 Annual Report.

As the impact of COVID-19 diminishes, Araluen continued to focus on maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and enhancing the impact of our services while addressing pre-existing financial challenges through our current Strategic Plan, “Thrive by 25”. During this first of year implementing the plan, we have taken steps to revitalise and streamline services, optimise operations and explore new income sources from our properties.

Despite the challenges we’ve faced, we’re fostering community connections, engaging in the Disability Royal Commission, and eagerly awaiting the Government’s response. Exciting achievements include growth in our Options for Community Living service and preparing to introduce Positive Behaviour Support and Art Therapy services in 2024.

THANK YOU!

Our advances are made possible thanks to the support and loyalty we enjoy from many. We fully appreciate our dedicated volunteer Board, our volunteers, our community including participants, families and carers as well as our financial and industry partners who provide assistance in so many different ways and of course, our dedicated staff teams who continue to shine. Your support and involvement integral to our success. Thank you!

We hope you enjoy the Araluen Annual Report 2022 – 2023.
