We advise that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of Araluen will take place as follows:
Time: 5.30 pm
Date: Tuesday 30 November 2021
Venue: Held online via MS Teams
Important Date: Proxy forms and postal votes must be returned by Friday 26 November 2021, 5pm
Due to the potential health risk posed by COVID-19, Araluen’s upcoming AGM will be held online. Members will be able to view, participate and vote via the Microsoft Teams platform. Members will shortly receive the necessary official documents by post. Non-members are also welcome to attend, however, are not eligible to vote.

As you RSVP, we will also
- ask for your email and phone contact details so we can communicate with you on the day, in the event of any technical issues
- confirm if more than 1 member will be joining the AGM from the 1 email account. We require to know this so we can manage voting
- ask if you would like some help so you can confidently and fully participate on the day
