Located immediately adjacent to the railway station, people who access the Hurstbridge site generally desire greater independence. People’s activities are based upon their strengths and have a focus upon literacy, volunteerism and {pre}-vocational training.

Through a range of local partnerships we have created new opportunities in which people can participate. Some people work part time in retail or volunteer at a child care centre, whilst others are developing catering and horticultural skills.

Importantly, everyone is developing new skills and taking greater responsibility for their future whilst enjoying the present.
